Description of problem or question: when I resize a video (reduction) and want to send it by Whatsapp, the proportions are not preserved or the video is displayed horizontally instead of vertically

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable): Resize a video with Handbrake, send by whatsapp

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0): 1.8.2
