Cannot transcode my sony A7IV videos

Description of problem or question:
I cannot transcode some of my 4K xavc s shots, some are working but some not. I want to transcode them from 4K xavc s to production max with amd vce, some of my shots are in 24fps and some in 60fps, the forst 4 or five shots are being transcoded right but the following ones are creating an error yellow warning triangle and the video is unreadable and weigtless. my shots are log shots.



Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
i added the folder where my shots are in the waitlist, with the same transcode profile which is production max, modified with amd vce. and i launch the conversion.

i finished the transcoding just to try and 40 out of 141 shots are transcoded, the rest is unreadable

Sony is notorious for a lack of compatible media files

You might want to find some tools from them

What if you try a software encoder like x265, and use software decoding (in preferences).
