Handbrake not seeing .NET 8.0.8 so a can not proceed any further with Handbrake.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
No prior installs of Handbrake on this pc.
Installed Dotnet 8.0.8 via dotnet-runtime-8.0.8-win-x64.exe with no errors.
Shutdown PC, boot up PC.
Installed Handbrake 1.8.2 via HandBrake-1.8.2-x86_64-Win_GUI.exe
Launched Handbrake and was greeted with the message "You must install or update .NET to run this application."
Shutdown PC, boot up PC.
Try again and same thing.
Have removed it all, try install in reverse order, makes no diff, handbrake will not reconise .NET 8.0.8 as installed.
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.8.2
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Win10 x64 21H2
HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

There is no activity log from Handbrake, there's no "C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\HandBrake" directory at all (Owner logged on profile).
Probably due to the over zealous Handbrake .NET check not processing far enough to actually create the directories.
