Can you share the a short file that causes the crash?

The files that cause a crash are quite large. They are mpg files that I copied from my DVR that I'd like to convert to smaller mp4 files.

Note: The log file I posted earlier was from a different .mpg file (10GB), but the crash appears to be the same.

The snapshot build is working well. The video files that were causing a crash while opening are now opening without any problem. I have one encoding right now and another in the queue.

Thank you for your quick response and quick fix.

@ritsuka, any thoughts why your fix worked for the GUI, but not for the nightly CLI?
