Description of problem or question:
Looking for a 4K preset for already high-quality footage. I think that 26GB for one 40m file is a bit too much. The files are ripped from a BD (DVD upscale), ran through Topaz AI and then corrected through DaVinci Resolve.
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
Latest nightly release
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 11, latest canary release.

Try one of the HQ presets and see what happens.

“DVD upscale” and “high quality” seems like a bit of a stretch, but the obvious choice would be the HQ 2160p HEVC preset as a starting point.
