I got a 7600 today and was planning on using it for encoding video, but it only has 8 bit av1 available in handbrake. This currently highest or is something wrong?

windows 10, cant get it to work in linux (Ubuntu 22.04.3, opensuse 15.5, redhat 9.3) Docker or desktop installs
