I have a video with 2 audio tracks, the 1st has no description (called Name in MKVToolNix, Title in MediaInfo), the 2nd has "Commentary". After running through Handbrake, both audio tracks are labelled "Commentary". I then trimmed the video to the first 27 seconds and ran it through Handbrake. This time the main audio track is named "Surround".
