QuickSync & failures occur depending on the job configuration

Description of problem or question:

I seem to be having issues with QuickSync and and failures occur depending on the job configuration (I have attached pictures below in a link to see what job configurations are failing and which ones are working) But as you can see from the picture the only one that works is :H265 10-bit,Quick Sync, MKV, 720p. If i change it to H264 Quick Sync or add 2-Pass Encoding and Turbo First Pass it fails with the following error "libhb: work result = 3"

Just to add Im running HandBrake in Openmediavault in Portainer, I have checked the container multiple times and cant seem to find a issue with the container (No errors), it has read/write permissions etc. My CPU is a I5 7600, i previously had a 7100t and it did exactly the same thing.

Can you try a snapshot build? https://github.com/HandBrake/HandBrake-snapshots
However, I don't know how QSV works on Linux with the snapshots.
