Have 1.4.2 installed on Win11 upgrade from Win10. Unable to get any version higher than current to run on system.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
I uninstall 1.4.2 version and then install current copy 1.6.1 and I get the startup error telling me:
You must install .Net Desktop Runtime to run this application.
Architecture:64
App host version: 6.0.11 (this changes based on the version of the app)
Then I press yes to download and install the version is it asking for and restart computer.
I have uninstalled all copies of the software and assume from reading that the problem lies in the dotnet not being read correctly. So my question is were do I go from here? If someone could hold my hand and walk me through where I need to check to remove any bad links or uninstall any old dotnet files. I would really appreciate the extra help.
Thanks.
