HandBrake work on M2 and M2 Max?

I'm currently using macOS 10.13.6. Will HandBrake work on the M2 and M2 Max?


Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):




HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.6.1


Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

MacOS 10.13.6


HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

Yes. Version 1.6.1 definitely runs natively on M1/M2. So does 1.5.x, if I remember correctly. Older versions should also work, albeit under Rosetta.

Yes.

Still quite slowly for AV1.
