Did you decrypt the TiVo file first?

OK I'll do another conversion and post the entire activity log. I had truncated what was there thinking the first part would have enough information and the file is kind of long.

No I didn't decrypt the TiVo file first. Thought that was part of the conversion process.

I'm getting the files to convert from a NAS that had been storing recorded TiVo recordings. The TiVo box had an option to record a TV show to an external recorder and that's what I was doing. Could also playback those files from the TiVo box. The NAS has a folder for each recorded show with 2 files inside. One is name.TiVo and the other is name.nfo. Do I have to do something with the name.nfo file?

HB doesn't support any decryption of TiVo (or other) files. You need to use tivodecode to decrypt them first with your MAK.
