defaut subtitle setting in Advanced Options script or CLI

Description of problem or question:
Is it possible to set the first "English" subtitle to default in Advance Options script field?
Or if not, in the CLI batch file?
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.5.1
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10 64bit
HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)
