Hisense tv not support HandBrake?

Post by albob »

Description of problem or question:
I have a Hisense TV 55 55B7100 but after coding a movie (big or even small 5MB) it won't display it.
Before coding it with HB it displays the movie without a problem. (MKV or MP4)

I will say that the HB coded file work on LGtv.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
watch a movie before coding.
watch the same movie after coding with HB.

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.4.0 (2021071800)

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10 Home

Can you please post a log of the encode you did.

It's either the settings you chose where outside what your TV supports, or your TV has a buggy operating system.

Also note, that your running an old, unsupported version. Worth moving up to 1.5.1
