HandBrake 1.4.2 Incompatible With .NET 6.0

HandBrake 1.4.2 does not have forward compatibility with .NET Desktop Runtime releases (ie 6.0 onwards). Most HandBrake users (and probably developers) don't realise this because they already have .NET 5.0 installed on their PC.

Most people only have .NET 4, causing no end to problems from HB jumping the gun to 5.
