Bulk video converter - save folder structure

Is it possible to make bulk convert if my video is saved in different folders?

I need to convert and save result with folder structure

You will have to script it, using the Command Line Interface and a CMD batch file. The GUI will not do this on its own.

The CLI is a separate download, as most people don't use it (I do).
