HandBrake not saving to chosen folder

I'm having issues with HandBrake not saving the output files to the folder I've chosen, instead it saves them to the default folder.
Here is an image of the issue:

As you can see, I've chosen to save in "Season 4", but the program is saving in the default "Movies" folder.

Any idea how to fix this?

You have to change the destination folder before adding jobs to the queue.
