Mac Silicon Beta 1.4.0 is there a Beta 2?

Hi,
I have been using the beta on my Mac M1 Mini since December and I am wondering if an updated beta, or full release is due?
If not can someone point me at a document that tells me where to find the downloads of the snapshot builds and how to upload them.
I am really impressed with the speed on the M1 but feel the code I am using is way out of date - but also lack the techie skills to know all about github, Mac and how it works :( :(
