Video and Sound errors in encode

Description of problem or question:
Hi, I seem to be successfully encoding DVDs but on playback there are video and sound problems. I'm not tech knowledgeable - so any help would be gratefully received.



Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):




HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
Version 1.3.3 (2020061300)



Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Big Sur v11.2

No help is available without logs give us information to work with. It could be as simple as your player isn't good at playing videos, or something more complex.
