Information about encoding

Post by Bigo2 » Fri Oct 12, 2018 1:05 pm

Description of problem or question:
I couldn't find any answer so I'm creating this topic:

Is there any way to insert information about who have done the encoding, when and what Handbrake version was used to encode the video, so it would appear in the MediaInfo?

Thanks

I think the date and HB version is included, anything else you would have to use a different program.

OK, sorry I haven't realized that the mkvmerge replaces the previous information about the Handbrake. I often fix the subs with the Subtitle Edit and then merge them to the mkv. So that's why I couldn't find anything about the Handbrake...
I was wondering that it would be nice if I could add something, like my initials or something there to be able to check in future who was responsible.
