New Spanish translation

I made the Spanish of the latest version of Handbrake a new translation. I would send it to developers for inclusion in the next revision. I need to know how I do it.

Note, the project does not officially support translations.
However, the linux dev does from time to time pick up translations for the linux gui. Neither the Mac or Windows gui's do though.

I think this is interesant, im encoding videos for
OrangeTV and i can translate to spanish some texts if you need. Im windows user.
