Add All to queue feature not working, I think

Correct me if I'm wrong but the add all feature was working properly in the last version but not so much on 9.9. Here is what I'm running into.

1) Have a folder with multiple titles in it
2) I go to source>open folder>select folder>and handbrake "imports" my titles.
3) I go to "Add to queue">"Add All" and get the following error message

"There are jobs on the queue with the same destination path. Please choose a different path for this job."

I have a designated folder that I want all my converted files to go in to but not having the same luck as I did in the last version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
