I think the whole Handbrake system needs to be re-evaluated.

I want Handbrake 1.0 to be a Handbrake based OS just like ChromeOS.

It would be nice to see "raw" video and/or image sequence support for input.

* Automatic scan for foreign language titles and/or credits to tell you you've selected the wrong title or angle.
* Compare of all titles with the same time letting you know what the differences are.
* Selecting two titles that are similar or different versions and playing an exported video of the differences so you know which version you want. Also allowing you to mix and match clips from the versions. (Comes with a default template for Terminator 2 that keeps all the extra T-1000 deleted scenes in the 2nd Special version, including the one where he goes in the kids room, but ditches the corny alternate ending and puts the ending of the Theater Version and 1st Special edition back)

I think the next patch I'll work on for HandBrake will be Oculus Rift support.

For 1.4, support for running on iPhone 6s and later, with automatic suspend for battery replacement. Requires fast charger and heat sink for extended encodes.

I just got a GoPro Max to shoot 360 videos. Been using the crappy GoPro player to export for playback on the Oculus Quest 2. Would love to be able to do this with HandBrake!
