Only Getting Green Pixel Image

I've converted a couple different movies and episodes and every time the result plays the video with semi-scrambled green pixels and sound distortion. What am I doing wrong or missing?

Get and install DVD43 (http://www.dvd43.com/)

For some reason HandBrake for windows does not strip the encryption from the video.

1) Install DVD43
2) Insert disk, wait for GREEN smily face tray icon
3) Re-encode movie with whatever (handbrake).
4) ???
5) Proffit!

Windows doesn't strip the encryption because those libraries cause the build to end with errors so cannot be built with them.
