Cannot Read DVD

Post by satchfire »

When I select Read DVD and then go to the View DVD Data tab I see the following message:

------- DVD Information -------
Opening D:\VIDEO_TS...
libdvdread: Invalid IFO for VMGM (VIDEO_TS.IFO).
No title found.
------- Scanning Finished -------

I have DVD43 running with a green smiley face.

Any suggestions?

DVD43 does not deal with many popular protection methods. Give the 21-day free trial of AnyDVD a try (but uninstall DVD43 first!).

You need to use a program to decrypt the DVD before hand...brake ;)

Use this DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0. <-right click save as...

it will read your dvd drives and detect which ones have a DVD in them, choose which one and read it to an .ISO.

takes about 10-30mins to read a DL disc "depends on your system specs".

Once its done reading use something like Daemon Tools 4.9 x86 to mount the .ISO.

Once its mounted go back into handbreak and get it to read the dvd that you mounted onto the virtual drive, it will see, then you select what titles you rant to encode, go through the rest of the settings in handbreak and voila :)

I hope my post was useful.
