I use HB on both Mac and PC. I have set up a modified preset that is based on the AppleTV preset, but encodes at 62% quality, turns on detelecine and decomb, and sets the audio to two tracks, the first being an AAC Dolby Pro Logic II mixdown of the English 5.1 track, and the second an AC3 passthrough of the same track.
This works perfectly on the Mac version, but the Windows version never remembers the Audio settings. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
