Newbie asks (After searching) :File extensions question

I have searched the forum and had a partial answer to this.

I have only just started using HB and would like to ask that if you are unable to select the Video_TS folder which extension(s) should you convert (VOB, BUF, IFO etc.). I want to edit some DVD content in FCP/DVD Studio to be put back out to DVD.

I'm sure this has been answered, please just point me to a thread if this is the case.
