I've been using an Apple TV Fooler script to modify (not transcode) divx files into a format that iTunes will add to it's library. This resulting file will also be synced to an Apple TV (and play if Perian is installed).
Since this doesn't re-encode the movie, no quality is lost and it is done very quickly.
Any thoughts on including this kind of feature into Handbrake?
Handbrake and Apple TV Fooler
