Crashing on higher quality

I'm trying to rip my dvd's and keep close to 100% quality so I'm ripping with either 10000kbps or 80% constant quality using x264. However whenever the muxing begins the program crashes, leaving me with a un-usable file. Below is the output of the dump file:

I have duplicated this on both OSX and XP. I have a screenshot of the CLI output as well. The main part of the error in the CLI is:
