I'm having the same problem as listed on another thread.
I downloaded the new version (2.1) today 3/4/07. I followed all the directions; e.g H.264, format .mp4, bit rate 690 and iTunes says that it can't be used on my IPOD because it's the wrong format.
Any ideas?
Wrong format for IPOD even with MP4

I'm having a similar problem. There is an option to convert to the video once in itunes to be able to work on your ipod. It's taking awhile to convert, but I'm thinking it will work.
P.S. Check your bitrate by right-clicking and selecting "get info" on the file. I know I set mine for 640, but the file was claiming it was 769 (1 more than allowed)

Yes, in fact, a thread literally one post underneath, which you should have added to instead of starting a new one.fablhof wrote:I'm having the same problem as listed on another thread.
