I upgraded the laptop using the AMD Rayzen 7 - 5700U CPU from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro and now Handbrake I suspect doesn't see the GPU since I don't see the NVEC encoders in the list. I am attaching a screenshot of the Video Encoders Option and the activity_log_main log Which shows that the GPU get recognized , but why the I don't see the NVEC?
It shows:
AV1 (SVT)
AV1 10bit(SVT)
H.264 (x264)
H.264 10-bit (x264)
H.265 (x265)
H.265 10-bit (x265)
H.265 12-bit (x265)
MPEG-4
MPEG-2
VP9
VP9 10mit
and nothing else, no NVEC
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.8.2):
Windows 10 Pro - 22H2 (Os Build 19045.4355)
HandBrake Activity Log

Re: Does Handbrake see the GPU?
NVENC is the NVIDIA encoder. You have AMD hardware.

Re: Does Handbrake see the GPU?
While it shouldn’t matter are you remoting into this machine?
Do you get the same issue when not remoting in?
