Batch conversion cancelling when deleting finished job from queue in ubuntu

Post by mkay1610 »

Description of problem or question:

Batch conversion gets completely canceled and stopped with NO confirmation window ("stop and start next", "stop and cancel", etc..) when being in the queue window and deleting a finished job from the queue.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

Have a batch convert running, delete a finished job above the current running job in queue window.

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.8.0

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Ubuntu 24.04 and Ubuntu 22.04

HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

Code: Select all

There is nothing in the log. Just try it, it will 100% reproduce.

It happens when i click the trashcan icon before selecting an entry in the list.
it doesn't happen when using the "clear completed" menu item.
