Setting default video player for previews??
I looked through the documentation and could not find anything on this for the Mac version, I did see people setting it for windows. I could force my Mac to use the proper player for .mp4 files, but I thought it would be easier to have handbrake dictate what player is used for the preview video. Alternatively, is there a specific location the created preview file is stored? I could go after it manually as a last ditch effort.

Unlike the Windows version, the Mac version has its own built-in player which gets used for previews. This is not controllable, AFAIK.
