Cannot get Handbrake to launch

Description of problem or question:
I cannot get the application to launch
I have read all the forums and gone through the install guide twice. I have .NET 6 installed


Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
I double click the shortcut, nothing launches

I just installed 1.7.3 previous version worked fine, new version will not launch. Windows 10 x64 , Updated NET runtime, NVidia display adapter no backups. not sure why its not working, wished I never done the update
