2 Audio Tracks

Description of problem or question:
Everytime, I tried to encode a movie, I see there are 2 audio tracks. Should I keep both tracks or just 1?

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
Most recent version of handbrake.



Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
