When there is movement, I sometimes get a sort of quick stop-motion for a frame, maybe two, then it jumps to where it should be,
yet, it's so fast that the audio never ever misses a beat.
I also get very thin horizontal lines that appear around the person or object moving.
I also sometimes get the lines if I pause the video in question.
I'm using Handbrake 1.3.3 on a Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 .
These last batch of presets work OK on most other DVDs.
