After converting H.264 video files to H.265, I have noticed, that the quality of the video is much worse than compressing to H.264 and the size of the file are nearly the same.
Tried to use many various options as different RF (28-20), speed, various average speeds, formats etc, but without much different (maybe besides speed). Anyone can help?
