Error Message on most functions

"An Unknown Error Has Occured"




Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

Reset all resettable options, installed .net again


HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.7.1 (2023112200)


Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

OS: Windows 10 (Pro) x86_64
Kernel: 10.0.19045.3803 (22H2)
