turn Cabac off/on an control B-frame -Ubuntu 22.04

Description of problem or question:

I would like to turn Cabac on/off and control B- frame But in Ubuntu 22.04 I do not find where i ca do it

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.6.1 (Flatpack



Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

For x264, put cabac=0:bframes=whatever number you want in the advanced options.
