Chromebook Issues

Post by Craigdm »

I have successfully loaded the software onto my Chromebook, but keep getting the following error when I try to convert a file.

It's been quite a while since I used Handbrake so it looks a bit different to me.
Is m4v the only option available?

I thought it might be the file title, so I renamed it to Movie.mp4 but still got the same error.

Where did you get it? It might be a broken version shipped by someone else. I don't think anyone in developers team tried to run it on a Chromebook.
