Official Release PPA

The Ubuntu PPA is down. It says "not allowed here".

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

Go to https://launchpad.net/~stebbins/+archiv ... e-releases .

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

N/A

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Ubuntu 22.04 TLS.

HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

The PPA releases have been retired for some time. The Flatpak releases are now the official builds for Linux.
