Can't compress large mp4 into smaller ones

Post by infoman27 »

Description of problem or question:

I have transferred a large amount of VHS tapes to mp4 to my desktop. I tried to compress the files in the folder with handbrake. We couldn't open “file name" wait a bit then try again. I tried this several times with same problem. Video seems to be smaller but dose not play video. Can someone help me and tell what I need to do and still get the same quality video Thank you

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
ver. 1.6.1 (2023012300)

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
OS WINDOWS 10 Pro 64-bit

HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

I went into the log in C:\Users\Jarles G\AppData\Roaming\HandBrake\logs
but unsure what to post for you.

Should i post copy and paste the whole text under the file 1. Festa Dos Barcos 7-2-95_encode_03.28.2023 19-20-02

OR
Should I copy and paste the whole activity_log_main.10332

Thank you again
