How to setup Time Remaining, in Nightly version to calculate days?

Post by Boris911 »

Description of problem or question:
Hello, I have question how can I setup HandBrake Nightly version for linux for show Time Remaining in days, like it is in Windows version, instead of in tens of hours, please?

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
E.g. When I encoding in Windows 11 tha HandBrake show ETA time like 1:08:52:44 = 1 day, 8 hours, 52 minutes and 44 seconds. It's easy understand. But in linux version of Handbrake I see 32:52:44 = 32 hgours, 52 minutes and 44 seconds. I have to divide the number of hours by 24 to find out how many days it will take, when in the case of AV1 encoding there is a remaining time of e.g. 117 hours in the Linux version of HandBrake.

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
20221208073123-be9767c78-master (x86_64)

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
Release: 22.04
Codename: jammy

I thank you very much in advance for your answer.
