I was comparing two identical Quick Sync Video compressions on two different desktops. I get very different results as far as file size goes.
The source file is the same 1080p H.264 compressed to H.265 by Quick Sync Video.
System 1: - Intel i7-9700K; Gigabyte B365M DS3H; 16GB DDR4 ............... 800MB
System 2: - Intel i9-12900K; AsRock H610M-HDV-M.2; 16GB DDR4 .........1.638MB
