Iso to MP4 only converts 1/2 of the movie.

Description of problem or question:

I converted a DVD to an ISO file with Makemkv and it converts the whole disk. However, when I try to convert that ISO file to an MP4 I only get part of the movie. The movie should be 2h 11 minutes. I get about 1 hr 4 minutes. I have another file and it has done the same thing.



Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
I tried to lower the resolution and lower the preset. I just get the same thing.
I also tried to convert to an MKV instead of MP4 and get the same results

Something is wrong with your ISO file if it is missing information.
