I'm trying to create a pre-release for 1.6.0 (Just For Appearance)

Post by neptune084 »

I'm managing this repo --> https://github.com/neptune084/HandBrake
I'm trying to create a pre-release for 1.6.0.
But when I publish a release, it looks like Image1 but I want it to look plain like Image2. (I think the "developer" post needs to be changed to the "release" post.) If it won't bother anyone, I want to learn how to do it.

I think the script that generates the Info.plist requires a git tag.

Anyway, we already have bi-weekly snapshots, is there any particular reason to ship around pre-releases that could only create confusion?

Actually, it's not that important. Just out of curiosity. I didn't want to wait for version 1.6.0. I thought if I created a cosmetically simple version, I would use it. It doesn't matter, actually I have a lot of free time☺️. Does your name come from Neon Genesis Evangelion? Ritsuko-san
