How to set 'Detelecine' in the Handbrake's filters tab?

How to set 'Detelecine' in the Handbrake's filters tab?
Handbrake 1.0.3, Win7.
I normally leave the 'Detelecine' at 'Default', which has given good results for many years.
But, now I have a Blu-Ray with noticeable 'scan lines', that I can't seem to get rid of. Whoever 'mastered' this from the original film didn't do a good job of converting from 24fps to 30fps.
I've tried 'Default', 'Off', 'Custom' brings up a empty box...what are the options to enter there?
Are there any other options that I can try?
Thanks!

Blu-rays rarely ever use telecine (DVDs do because they require the frame rate to be 30000/1001 fps, but Blu-ray discs can be natively 24000/1001 or 24 fps). If your Blu-ray is 30 fps, then it most likely is interlaced, not telecined.
