Post by Deleted User 47791 »

i tried to convert a M2TS File (bluray without copyprotec) into MKV
result (44GB) was a file nearby double size than original (22GB)

Version 1.4.2 / Win 10 i7

settings as used
H.264 (x264)
Frequency same as source
constant framerate
Quality RF 0
Encoder ultrafast
needed about 3 days

i need please some hints, how to get a zero loss quality result MKV

especially as you won't have tons of "decoder: Unknown (E-AC3) (7.1 ch) (896 kbps) (track 1, id 0x1100)" then and actually know the language of your audio or subtitle tracks.

You're looking for a multiplexer (muxer) program if you want lossless. Although your log shows that you want subtitles burned in, which requires re-encoding the video, which won't be lossless.
