Description of problem or question:
Want to change videofile from 25fps back to original 23.976 - Video should be longer and audio should be approx 1 half-tone deeper
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Changed fps (from 25fps to 23.976fps) of video encoding and also reencode Audio but lenght of the video is still the same (now in 23.976) and audio also has not changed.
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.3.3
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows
Is this even possible with handbrake? I want to downspeed the fps on both levels - video and audio so i can get the oroginal pitch back...
How to change FPS with change of videolenght and audio pitch

Not with HB. You need a video editor.
Re: How to change FPS with change of videolenght and audio pitch
Thanks - but video editor is no option - i need something automatic to change hundreds of files in a batch...
Re: How to change FPS with change of videolenght and audio pitch
avisynth, or maybe ffmpeg, wrapped in a short script is your best option.

Did you try "Constant Frame Rate," "Same as Source" in Handbrake?

Guys, enough with the parrot answers. Rodeo has already made the corrective statement. Repeating it is NOT helpful. Please stop this childish behaviour.
