How to do a fast raw rip with no transcoding.

I have a DVD (not blue ray) I want to rip, BUT I want to lose NO quality, and since I have the space for it on my server i want to do it fast. What is the Best way to do this with handbrake? or do I use something else? I am thinking to use MakeMKV since I assume it just copies the mkv file with no transcoding, but curious if handbrake can do this?

HB cannot do this. Use makemkv.
