He's far more than that. Graham Booker (gbooker here on the HandBrake forum) is responsible for a52codec, now affiliated with the Perian project. Without this all important piece of software, QuickTime wouldn't be able to decode AC3, and hacked AppleTVs wouldn't be able to do AC3 pass-thru.
